| Talkswitch is a small business phone system, which is self-installable and manageable. There are several models, the difference between the models is the number of connections or ports. The Talkswitch 24x series provides for 2 analog phone lnes, 4 analog or IP extensions, and an additional 12 IP extensons. The Talkswitch 28x series provides for 2 analog phone lnes, 8 analog or IP extensions, and an additional 8 IP extensons. The Talkswitch 48x series provides for 4 analog phone lnes, 8 analog or IP extensions, and an additional 8 IP extensons. The Talkswitch 84x series provides for 8 analog phone lnes, 4 analog or IP extensions, and an additional 12 IP extensons. Models come with either 0, 4, or 8 simultaneous VOIP connections. VOIP can be used for Broadband phone lines, to connect to other branch offices for free using no phone lines (ideal for chain stores), or, to support Teleworkers as local extensions. All Talkswitch models can be expanded into larger systems by simply adding another system, they function as one phone system. You can link up to 4 boxes. |

Talkswitch has many models, they are numbered like abcVS. The first number a, is the number of analog phone line ports. The second number, b, is the number of analog extensions, and, the third number, c, is the number of simultaneous VOIP connections. All models support 16 total extensions, some of which must be IP phones. A VOIP model is not needed to use IP phones, unless you want to use them remotely.
