When you sign up, we will schedule an appointment to clean up your computer, brining it back to top form, then protect it to prevent any future infections from spyware, adware or viruses.
Afterwards, should any problem occur with the computer covered under TotalSupport, we come out and fix it with no additional labor charges. You will also receive a 15% discount off our normal rates for any additional support services (such as training, upgrades, and more).
A full system cleanup at your home, where we do the following
